Fidel On TV Provokes Incident
Extensive footage shows Fidel Castro in 1960 when he appeared on his own regular TV show. Shot moves from an image of Castro on a TV camera monitor to Castro live in a studio. CU shows him examining an American passport. Various angles of him at desk, standing, gesturing. Audience reaction shots. More shots show a melee in the studio when the Spanish ambassador rushes in after Castro insults him on the show. Good footage of animated Castro ordering the Ambassador out of Cuba.
