Truce Signing In Korea
In Panmujom, Korea, the U.S. delegation arrives to sign the war-ending truce. WS of simple military-style building in bleak countryside. Nice series of shots of North Korean and U.S. soldiers standing guard. American officers, shot from back and front, walk through lines of saluting soldiers. Inside the large building, Gen. William K. Harrison and Korean Chief of Staff Nam Il sign papers. Later at another site, Commander of U.N. forces, Gen. Mark Clark takes a seat and signs documents at a table with other officers.
