The Candidates Vote
On Election Day, 1960, JFK and Jackie move through a crowd inside their polling place in Boston. In Whittier, California, Vice President Nixon and Pat, followed by Secret Service agents, walk in a suburban neighborhood. Camera moves from a reporter scribbling notes to three boys sitting on a wall watching the action. The Nixons emerge from adjacent voting booths simultaneously and smile at each other.
