The Klutz & The Fire Hose
After tripping on his own feet, a doughboy is ordered by his sergeant to water the base with a fire hose. The hose proves too unwieldy and the doughboy sprays the commanding officer and his daughter. Lots of pratfalls in prototypical comedy.
