Citizenship Oath Taking
Immigrants become new American citizens. Pan of men and women raising hands and taking the oath before a judge. In a large hall, hundreds of immigrants rise in unison, raise hands. Pan up the Statue of Liberty, from base to torch, as narrator recites lines from Emma Lazarus poem. Also, ext. of INS building.
